Step 2: Hot Pressing & Glue Line Control

Pressing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and duration are precisely monitored. Random samples are tested for internal bonding strength and surface integrity. Adhesives meet CARB P2 and E1 standards for low emissions.

Step 3: Surface Finishing & Final Quality Check

After sanding and trimming, each sheet is inspected for surface smoothness, thickness uniformity, and dimensional accuracy. Only boards passing all tests are approved for packaging and export.
